吸取國內外同類產品優點而設計的，除銹工部主機（拋丸清理）采用了高效拋丸器，滿幕簾式丸砂分離器，清掃工部采用特制高強度尼滾刷和高壓風機二級清掃裝置，預熱和烘干工部采用多種加熱方式，噴漆工部采用高壓無氣噴涂方式，該成套設備采用PLC控制（控制方式可供選擇）。

主要用于鋼板和各類型鋼的表面處理（指預熱、除銹、噴漆、烘干），亦可用于金屬構件的表面拋丸清理和強化。
